We will remember them

On 11th November 2022, all students of all ages commemorated Armistice day in our  annual remembrance service within the school. This year  involved all kinds of activities from crafts, discussion, to listening to selected war poetry that reflected the horrors of the World Wars. We observed a two minute silence after the ´Last post´ was played into the classrooms and we all contributed to the poppy appeal, raising over 380 euros to the Royal Legion. The Royal Legion gratefully received our contributions in their special service on Remembrance day itself on 13th November.
