DAY OF THE BIKE IN RECEPTION

Both Reception classes have been learning about transport  this term and as an activity related to that topic, on Friday 27^th May , all the children brought their bikes to school.  In the morning the teachers talked about the paramount importance of safety when riding a bike as well as when crossing a road and in the afternoon they rode their bikes around a special obstacle course. A lot of essential information was conveyed to them and also much fun was had. Some children even learnt how to ride their bikes without training wheels for the first time!
