As part of the theme days organised by our school dining room, on Friday 19th February we celebrated the day of Andalucía with a typical Andalucian menu: 1st course: “Cocido Andaluz” (Andalucian Stew) 2nd course: Fried “boquerones” (anchovies) with special house salad Dessert: “Leche frita” (typical andalucian dessert)
