Oliver Twist

As part of our programme of studies, the pupils from years 4, 5 y 6 went with theiir teachers to the "Varietés" theatre of Fuengirola to watch the play "Oliver", based on Charles Dickens´s novel, Oliver Twist.

Going to the theatre is a very interesting and attractive way to encourage the children to take part in cultural activities, teaching them how to enjoy those experiences and feel enriched by them.

 

The Nutcracker

On the 5th April, the pupils from Reception R & G  and from "Years" 1R & 1G went to the theatre in Málaga, to see a performance of the play "The Nutcracker".

On the 12th April it was the turn of the pupils from years 4R & 4G to go to Málaga to see a performance of the play "The Magic Flute".

The theatre is always a wonderful experience for the children because not only do they enjoy it so much, but in addition it stimulates their imagination and creativity which are so important for their emotional and intellectual development.
