On Wednesday 22nd November we held our Primary maths workshop for parents.
The purpose was to make parents aware of the British national curriculum for mathematics and how it is taught in our school.
Teachers from Key Stage One and Two demonstrated some of the strategies and methods that the children learn.
The workshop was also supported by our specialist maths teachers from the secondary department.
We were pleased to see that it was well attended by parents from all year groups in the primary school.
As always, we appreciate parents support and interest in their child´s education, as we aim to provide a greater understanding of what we do in school.
